Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products, refunds are generally not available once files have been downloaded. However, if you experience a problem with a file or receive something different from what was described, please contact us and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Our merchandise, including clothing, stickers, mugs, phone cases and other products, is produced and fulfilled by Redbubble. Returns, exchanges and refunds for these products are handled directly by Redbubble in accordance with their returns policy.
